Enraged dad kicks man who took upskirt photos of his daughter out of store

At a Target store in Orange County, California, USA, earlier this week, a father caught a man taking upskirt pictures of women, including his own 15-year-old daughter, in different areas of the store. The angry father was then caught on the store’s video kicking the man’s phone out of his grasp, wrestling him to the ground, and then finally pushing him out of the store completely.

The father, Ismael Duarte, had caught the man in the act of taking photos under his daughter’s skirts, and, understandably, reacted in anger. He said, “I’m pissed off that I didn’t do more than I did but I wish I would have, because I’m so angry.”

Video footage from a camera inside the store shows 29-year-old Jorge A. Ibarra Jr, kneeling or crouching next to different women, and then taking their photos under their skirts without their knowledge.

The last female that Mr. Ibarra took photos of was Mr. Duarte’s daughter. Her father is seen kicking the phone from Mr. Ibarra, while remaining calm and in control, and then kicking his phone away from him before wrestling him to the ground.

Before he showed Mr. Ibarra the door, however, he took Mr. Ibarra’s picture. This helped authorities identify him, and he is now under arrest for invasion of privacy.

He has been booked into jail in Orange County, with bail set at US $25,000. Police officers suspect that he may also have taken pictures of a similar nature at another Target store, this time in Cerritos.

Mr. Duarte also said, “My daughter, and the girl that actually was getting their picture taken without her being known – that’s what got me.”

His wife, Angelica Duarte, said, “It’s disgusting that he knew exactly what he was doing. If he went to different Targets to do this, how many other stores did he go to?”
