Tesla launches Singapore’s first V4 Superchargers with longer cables; 250kW fast charging at One Holland Village

SINGAPORE: Tesla has launched its first V4 Superchargers in Singapore at One Holland Village, bringing its Supercharging stations in the city-state to 12, offering 37 stalls in total, the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer said in a press release on Tuesday (May 13).

Besides the new V4 Supercharger at One Holland Village, Tesla Singapore also plans to grow its charging network in 2025 by adding more stalls at current sites and opening four new stations across the South, East, and West regions.

The V4 Superchargers come with longer cables for easier access across all Tesla EVs and can deliver up to 250 kilowatt (kW) of power. This means a Model 3 Long Range can gain up to 282 kilometres (km) of range in just 15 minutes. These chargers are also built to support future upgrades and new features as they roll out.

Supercharging fees start at $0.51 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) as of May 13, 2025, making it one of the most cost-efficient fast-charging options in Singapore, Tesla said.

Tesla aims to deliver a seamless charging experience through a comprehensive network and advanced technology. The ‘Plug and Charge’ system allows users to locate, navigate to, and monitor Superchargers via the Tesla App, with payments automatically processed from the app’s linked payment method. This ensures hassle-free charging and supports freedom of travel,” the company stated.

In the latest update for Tesla vehicles, drivers can now set a target battery level for when they reach their destination. The Trip Planner can suggest routes that include Supercharger stops, and can also add, remove, or adjust charging stops and timing based on the journey.

The company also increased its charging coverage across the border. Across Singapore and Malaysia, Tesla currently operates 26 Supercharging sites with 96 stalls, along with 24 Destination Charging sites with 97 stalls.

Destination Charging stalls can be found at malls, hotels, and attractions.

Under the company’s Home Charging Program, new Tesla owners in the city-state will receive a complimentary Tesla Wall Connector worth $790, a two-year warranty for STRATA and non-STRATA landed properties, and a one-time charger maintenance service. /TISG
