Post of student doing doa for his PSLE grades goes viral

Facebook user Syahrin Salleh’s picture of a young boy doing doa (prayer) alone in Ar Raudah Mosque in Bukit Batok has gone viral with over 1,200 shares. Syahrin said the primary six student ‘celebrated’ the passing of the PSLE examinations.

When Syahrin asked the boy why he was at the mosque, the boy said, “I want to say thank you to God for making me pass my PSLE.”

Most commenters who responded to Syahrin’s post appreciated the boy’s religious piety.
