In a Tweet shared yesterday by user @honeysafrina_, a video was shared of a man urinating on a taxi outside Orchard Towers.

The incident seemed to happen at night, while onlookers nearby could be heard cheering the man on.
The video shows the man leaning on the car while calmly relieving himself on the road.
While it is unclear what his motives were, or if he was simply inebriated, the video was captioned, “Orchard Tower problem”.
It received 864 retweets and 288 likes, with many just shocked.
Public urination is against the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations, where a first time offender could face a fine of up to $1,000.
