My friend living in AMK notified me of the possible overpriced quotations of upgrading.

Although the residents pay a fraction of the costs, it’s still the taxpayers who foot the bill.

  1. Can TISG help to crowdsource to ask experts on what is a reasonable price for the items.
  1. If it is overpriced, my friend will go to the MP to question him.

(From the bin centre incident, we need to get expert knowledge in order to prove overpricing.)
