A 40-year-old netizen who claimed to have had no luck with girls or dating throughout his life wanted an answer from the public as to a proposal he received recently.
In an anonymous post on popular confessions page SGWhispers, the man wrote that he has a good career and that he is not wealthy but can afford a decent life. In his post on Jun 9, he added: “I have come to the point of accepting the proposal from someone I know. Now I want to crowdsource opinion to make my decision”.
The man continued that he recently got to know a pretty guy. He wrote that this guy would go hunting for girls with him for about two months, which eventually led to the pair becoming good friends. “We were not successful in finding any woman who want us. So we will hang around for meals at night”, the netizen wrote.
The proposal
One night, his friend then suggested that since they have had no luck, the netizen could pay for his gender reassignment surgery in Thailand for him to become a female.
“He said that the advantage is that I can decide how I want him to look like. He suggested that this way I can have a very pretty wife that anyone will feel jealous of. He said that he will love me and be the woman of my dreams. He also said that this means that I don[‘]t have to wait any longer”, the netizen wrote.
Rather conflicted, the netizen added that he was unsure of whether to accept his friend’s proposal or not. He said that he just wanted a woman who would be his, regardless of their gender before.

In a Facebook post to anonymous confessions platform NUSWhispers, one man wrote that he was an NUS alumni who graduated 10 years ago. He added that because he earned about S$20,000 a month by working at a multi-national corporation and doing a side business, he was able to afford a condominium and about S$1 million in savings.
He wrote that after hiring a sugar baby who was a student from NUS, because of her seduction, he lost “control of myself in decision making”.
The man added that she made him transfer the ownership of his condominium, along with almost all of his savings, to her.
