Thailand-based marketing automation startup Resulticks has raised an undisclosed six-figure funding from microfund 500 Tuk Tuks.

Resulticks will use the newly-raised capital to expand its presence in Thailand and strengthen its team of mid market and enterprise digital marketers.

Digital marketing opportunities in Thailand is expected to grow to US$1.4 billion in the next few years. But currently, the country’s digital ad spending remains low despite increasing internet consumption among the population; Thailand also faces a shortage of digital marketers.

These gaps in the market thus present untapped opportunities for Resulticks to deploy its marketing automation product. Founder and CEO of Resulticks, Redickaa Subrammanian told e27 that their platform is “built by marketeers for marketeers.”

Before transitioning to a platform company, for over a decade we were a team of digital marketers servicing over a 100 global brands, across multiple verticals and geographies. Resulticks is therefore a culmination of more than a decade of our collective experience and expertise as digital marketers and technologists,” said Subrammanian.

The platform provides omnichannel marketing services that span the gamut, including web, mobile SMS and apps, social media and QR codes.

For example, for a real estate customer, Resulticks would use strategically placed QR codes at the fairs/ events, encouraging them to scan the QR code, register interest to redeem exclusive coupons. Through this mechanism, it is able to track the registrants, augment the database and also personalise the online experience when they next visit the real estate’s online site.

Resulticks also uses location based services and mobile apps to push contextual offers upon completion of specific credit card transactions, as an upsell and cross-sell strategy. And finally, it has placed beacons placed in stores to detect high-value customers walking in and alert staff on the ground to provide appropriate sales and customer service.

As with all effective marketing automation tools, data analytics play a key role in helping clients understand its customers. Resulticks provides businesses a consolidated customer information hub powered by APIs and big data. There are also other tools such as Smart Links.

“Resulticks’ Smart Links allow marketers to achieve end-to-end conversion tracking across user journeys and channels – at the individual level. Marketers can thus have a definitive idea of the volume and value of revenue from marketing activities as well as their marketing ROI for every campaign,” said Subrammanian.

In short, the combination of these digital tools help companies to optimise marketing efforts seamlessly and maximise sales conversion rates through detailed customer insights.

Currently, Resulticks has over 50 clients, but plan to expand that that figure to 150 before the end of the year. And while it is currently focussed on the nascent Thai market, it has plans to expand its footprint to the US and Australia.
