Video of little girls singing for their dad's kavadi goes viral

The Hindus in Singapore celebrated Thaipusam yesterday. Thaipusam is a day which is celebrated in the honour of the Hindu deity Murugan.
Most devotees carry milk pots called kavadi in a procession from one temple to another, but it is also not unusual for believers to mortify their flesh by piercing the skin, tongue or cheeks with vel skewers.
Kavadi-carriers are usually encouraged in their procession by family members and friends who sing and play music for them, while the devotees respond to the music in a trance-like dance.
In the celebration of the festival here in Singapore last night, two little girls singing for their dad who was carrying kavadi has wowed the crowd.
The viral video of the cute girls singing for their dad has been shared about 700 times and has had 23,000 views.
