The Workers’ Party Grassroots Committee (WPGC) has organised an evening walk to catch em all for Pokémon GO trainers. The walk start at Punggol East single member constituency and end at Hougang SMC on Saturday, 17 Sep. The Facebook post said that besides hatching eggs along the way, the top 3 Pokemon Trainers during their journey stand to win prizes. The prize would be a huggable one hinted WPGC.
2The 6km walk will start outside St Anne’s Church at 66 Sengkang East Way, and end at Blk 332 Hougang Ave 5. The opposition party is celebrating its mid-autumn festival at the same block on the same day. The Pokémon GO walk is free without any registration charges, but trainers who want to attend the mid-autumn festival will need a ticket.
2WPGC will station marshallers and First Aid responders on site to help out and maintain safety but all participants are reminded to keep safe as WPGC will not be liable for any accident, injury, loss, or damage during the event.

This event is perhaps the first of its kind organised by any political party in Singapore.
