Facebook user Nourra R Peter appealed for witnesses of videos of an accident in which her brother was involved in at at Choa Chu Kang North on 22 Jul. According to the facebook user these are details of the accident:

Location: Choa Chu Kang North 6, two-way street between Yew Tee Point and Blk 569.
Date/Time: 22 July 2016, Friday, 10.45pm.
Surrounding Condition: Drizzling. Wet road. Minimal traffic.

Nourra said that her brother was crossing the road when he was hit by a gold-coloured car. Her brother was unable to take note other details like the make and model of the car as he was in shock, and also because his vision was blurred due to blood flowing from his forehead.

She claims that the driver of the car that hit her brother was driven by an SAF personnel in uniform, and that he is an Indian man in his 40s.

The driver stopped the car and checked if Nourra’s brother was fine, and drove off towards the direction of Yew Tee Primary School after making sure that her brother could get up. He however did not exchange any identification details.

Nourra’s brother sustained a deep cut on his forehead, as well as a nasal fracture and injuries on his wrist. She shared that they were urgently appealing for any dashcam recordings and witnesses of the accident.
