Singapore – The sister of the woman who nearly fainted at a bus stop is looking for the kind stranger who helped her get home safely.

On Tuesday (Aug 31), the sister took to Singapore subreddit under the username u/rarepeppersteak to make a public appeal in identifying the young man who helped her sister during her time of need.

“I almost fainted at a bus stop in Punggol today at around 6-7 pm, and a young man helped me to get home,” the sister shared.

“He saw me and asked if I needed help when many just walked past me while I was keeled over on the floor.”

The man gave her fengyou (medicinal oil) from an elderly passerby, and they brought her to a nearby bench to sit.

He then called for a cab to take the woman home.

The sister wrote, “I would like to repay him the Grab fees and thank him for helping my sister.”

In an update, the sister noted they still haven’t found the stranger, although she hopes that “everyone can take heart from these sort of kind actions and pay them forward.”/TISG
