Improvements to one’s flat are supposed to make life better—easier and convenient—but the newly-built clothes rack hanging outside one HDB has reportedly left some HDB residents unsatisfied.

Netizen Anthony Wong posted photos of the clothes rack in a Saturday (Sept 17) post on the Complaint Singapore Facebook and wrote, “Recently we just got our HIP done.

Man says he’ll only go to Starbucks every four months after paying $8.30 for a drink

Nobody expects that coffee at Starbucks would be cheap, but for one man, forking over $8.90 for one Frappuccino order warranted an online complaint.

When prices were lower, he used to treat himself to Starbucks every week, but with today’s prices, he says he can only go every four months or so.

A sex worker in Singapore suffered from a fractured arm after confronting a fellow sex worker who offered lower rates to clients.

The woman, identified by the pseudonym Susan, informed the Chinese language newspaper Shin Min Daily News that she was waiting for customers between Lorong 18 and 20 in Geylang when the incident happened on Sept 4.

Boss cancels application altogether after intern asks for a virtual interview

“Sarah is the very reason why I absolutely welcome foreigners who are hungry and hardworking,” wrote an employer who cancelled an internship opportunity after the applicant asked for a virtual interview instead of face-to-face.
