Man accused of raping 12-year-old begs court to look at his penis, pleading it is “too big to rape a child”

A 49-year-old Zimbabwean accused of raping his 12-year-old stepdaughter has begged a female magistrate to look at his penis, pleading that his genitalia is “too massive” to have raped a child.

Claiming that the abnormally large size of his genitalia will be the key evidence to exonerate him, Biggie Dube asked magistrate Dambudzo Malunga at the court in Masvingo, Zimbabwe to take a look at his manhood to see how it would be allegedly impossible for him to penetrate a minor.

The magistrate denied the request that stunned the court and remanded him in police custody.

The prosecution claims that Dube raped his stepdaughter in April this year. The court heard that Dube asked his stepdaughter to accompany him to a nearby mountain, close to their home in Bikita, to gather wood.

The prosecution argued that Dube instructed the 12-year-old girl to strip before he raped her. It has been reported that Dube repeatedly raped the girl over the coming weeks, until May, when the girl revealed what had been happening to her mother.

Dube was arrested shortly thereafter when the girl’s mother lodged a police report. The victim has undergone medical examinations. The results of these exams will be produced as evidence in court.
