Woman riding atop car in Clarke Quay shocks netizen

A reader shared a video of a woman riding on top of a car in the Clark Quay area. He said that he witnessed it in the wee hours of 16 Jan.

Our reader said the car turned into a side road before he could note the vehicle number.

STOMP had earlier reported the same car with the woman seated on top of the car travelling along Eu Tong Sen Street, which means the car had been driven a considerable distance with the woman on top.

“Such people are a danger to other road users,” said our reader. “I hope the Traffic Police will take action against such people,” he added,
