Rusty door frame issue circulates online, HDB officer allegedly admits no solution after 3 repairs

Singapore — After three attempts to repair a rusty door frame, an HDB resident complained about the continuing rust problem, and many others could relate to what he was going through.

Kelvin Neo posted his concern on the Facebook page Complaint Singapore on Thursday (Dec 2), highlighting that he had first reported the rusty door frame issue in 2018 within the defect liability period of the flat.

Dr Lee, a relationship counsellor as well as a clinical sexologist, answers the women’s questions at length. There are a number of reasons that a man may not want to engage in sexual intimacy, says Dr Lee, who also offers advice to those seeking help in this area.

“Don’t listen to prayers in my car ‘cos energy in car will change & I don’t like it” — Ryde driver allegedly tells Muslim passenger using her earbuds listening to music

Singapore — A woman who was simply listening to music using her earbuds during her trip with ride-sharing platform Ryde was alarmed to be told by the driver that he did not like what she was listening to. The woman then shared her “traumatic” experience involving the Ryde driver.

Upon settling down in the vehicle, the Malay Muslim lady began using her earbuds. Soon after, the driver started gesturing to the woman, informing her she couldn’t listen to prayers.

Singapore — A family was denied the opportunity to dine in at a hot pot restaurant after the manager informed them of a “new ruling” that more than two children cannot sit together at a table.

“Got such rule, meh?” asked Instagram account Wake Up Singapore on Friday (Dec 3), sharing a video of the family’s experience during their visit to hot pot restaurant Seoul Garden.
