Kind GrabHitch driver brings woman to Dempsey cafe after she has a ‘mental breakdown’ and can’t stop crying

A TikToker’s post about a GrabHitch driver who showed her compassion when she couldn’t stop crying went viral, getting almost 90,000 views since it was posted on Tuesday (May 31).

Tomie, who goes by @jstkilz on the platform, wrote, “me when I booked a grabhitch to the other side of the country because I was having a mental breakdown and in the car non-stop horrendously crying

So the driver decides to bring me to Dempsey to eat at PS Cafe he felt so bad for me.”

@jstkilz filmed herself lip-synching to the words, “if he’s a serial killer, then what the worst that can happen to a girl that’s already hurt.”

She captioned her video by writing, “Feeling main character thank u driver J u a real dude man.”

Netizens also expressed appreciation for how the driver treated her.

“A shoulder to cry on, is a [hitch] to ride on,” one wrote.

Others, however, appeared to believe the driver only brought @jstkilz to the cafe because she’s a beautiful young women, joking that if it had been them, it’s unlikely they would have gotten the same treatment.
