When a possible case of food poisoning can sour a budding friendship

YISHUN – Netizen Arc Lingerson has warned people about a cai png stall in Yishun via the  Facebook group Complaint Singapore because he thinks it is the source of the food poisoning that he and his mother suffered last Sunday.

In a lengthy post detailing what he says happened recently, Mr. Lingerson laments that the incident has also severed his friendly relationship with the stall owner whom he had cultivated and whom fleetingly he considered a friend.

Wild boars spotted in Pasir Ris Heights — Netizens say ‘blame the one who took away their lands & homes’

A troop of wild boars was caught on camera and shown on the Beh Chia Lor Singapore Road Facebook page as they roamed the slopes.

It may look a lovely sight to some. But many people in neighbourhoods to which these animals have taken a liking are no longer enjoying the spectacle. Some also fret that this may mean that the wild boars’ natural habitat is not doing well.

‘You’ve made him proud of you’ netizens tell WP’s Jamus Lim as he offers tribute 23 years after dad’s death

Workers’ Party MP Jamus Lim penned a heartfelt Facebook post on Wednesday (Feb 23) in memory of his father, who died on this day 23 years ago, when the MP would have been in his mid-twenties.

Moved by his tribute, several people shared their own experiences of grief, and many netizens told the Sengkang GRC MP that his father would have been proud of him.
