Man posts “cry for help”, confesses he has been married for the past decade but deeply in love with another girl

A guilty man took to social media with a “cry for help” because despite being married for the past decade, had fallen in love with another girl.

In an anonymous post to popular confessions page SGWhispers, the man wrote: “Help me please”.

He added that he expected a lot of condemnation and hate directed toward his post, but said that it was his “cry for help”. Without mentioning his age, the man wrote that he had been married for the past decade, but had recently “fallen deeply in love with another girl”.

“I realise it is wrong for me to feel this way about another girl other than my wife. And I also do not want to feel this way but my feelings for her developed unexpectedly without me realising until it’s too late”, the man wrote.

He added that he kept thinking about the other girl throughout the day, and would feel physical pain in his heart, knowing that there was no future in store for them both.

The man wrote that he still loved his wife deeply and felt “extremely guilty for feeling love and heartpain towards another girl”.

The man asked netizens: “Can someone help me and advise how I can forget about the other girl and move on with my life?”

His post garnered comments from many netizens who disapproved, including many who made references to the Women’s Charter.

Here’s what they said:
