In an email to subscribers, The Straits Times chief editor, Warren Fernandez, announced that the publication is hiking its rate by about 22 percent.
The editor cited the awards ST received at a digital event and the prize its video series got to claim that its quality has improved. The investments to improve the quality justified the rate increase, he said.
