The police have reportedly gotten involved after Sengkang residents caught a woman relieving herself in public, at a multistorey carpark at Block 468 at Built-to-Order development Fernvale Lea. The incident occurred yesterday in the early hours of the morning, around 4.30am.
Facebook group SG Road Vigilante shared the dashboard camera footage that caught the woman in the act on their page earlier today. In the video, a woman can be seen walking across the carpark, with what appears to be tissue paper in her hand.
The woman proceeds to lift her dress and squat in the corner of an empty lot beside an Audi car, before relieving herself. It is unclear whether the woman urinated or defecated in the carpark lot:
[Suggestion: Do Not Watch this if You're Eating Food]If you want to do business in a multi storey carpark, please don't do it in front of a car with video camera!– Update: Member of the group Jon Ong tells us this is the Fernvale Lea Block 468 MSCP (SK99) and he has seen the lady sleeping in her blue car a few times.

SG Road Vigilante’s video of the incident quickly garnered over 15,000 views since it was published on social media, this afternoon.
Citing a member of the group and Fernvale Lea resident, Facebook user Jon Ong, the page further reported that the woman has been spotted “sleeping in her blue car a few times.”
A police complaint has reportedly been lodged over the incident. Under the Environmental Public Health Act, administered by the National Environment Agency (NEA), it is against the law to urinate or defecate in a public space:
A person caught urinating or defecating in a public place may be liable to pay a fine of up to $1000 for the first offence if convicted in court. This penalty rises to a fine not exceeding $2000 for a second offence and a fine not exceeding $5000 for a third or any subsequent offences.
