Even a ‘cactus and durian wall’ Mr Lim erected to deter his neighbour’s nuisance failed to stop her. Mr Lee said that the wall, which took him 5-hours to construct, has made it impossible for the woman to get within 5-metres of his unit but that she still tries to pour stuff into his flat. Mr Lee has hopes the the relevant authorities will take action against his neighbour.
