Joanne Peh, a 39-year-old Singaporean actress, shared a very own reenactment of iconic pictures of Hollywood celebrities with her husband, Qi Yuwu, who is a 45-year-old Chinese actor based in Singapore.
In an instagram post, the actress posted their renditions of Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake’s paparazzi shots.
“Does this look familiar?” said Joanne Peh as a caption to the post – asking her followers if the photos look alike.

The photos that were copied by Joanne Peh and Qi Yuwu came from the historic look of Britney and Justin at the 2001 American Music Awards. The well-known Hollywood couple back then shocked the world with their matching denim-on-denim look.
In an attempt to copy the signature denim concept of the photos, Joanne Peh wore a blue long dress, while Qi Yuwu wore a blue patterned suit. The couple made sure that their outfits still match the color palette of denim. However, a few elements of Britney and Justin’s iconic fit were not present in Joanne and Qi’s reenactment such as the dangling necklace and the denim hat.
More so, the couple managed to reenact the poses of Britney and Justin in the photos as well. One picture was Britney and Justin walking – wherein Britney flashed a bright smile to the paparazzi’s camera and Justin remained looking at the floor. This specific scene was perfectly imitated by Joanne and her husband.
The other scenario, which is the common couple picture standing side by side, was easily mimicked as well.
Netizens had shown interest in Joanne’s fun post and left their comments on the post.
Instagram user @chanyasmine said that Joanne Peh and Qi Yuwu look better than Britney and Justin. Another user, @tsts.tan, mentioned that she loves the couple so much (pertaining to Joanne and Qi) because they compliment each other.
