“Bro, bro, dangerous lah, bro… I call police” — Another argument between car driver & cyclist in Singapore

SINGAPORE: An upset motorist took to social media after getting into an argument about road safety with an e-bike rider, with the driver even saying he’ll file a police report concerning the “errant cyclist.”

The incident occurred on Friday (Sept 15) at 8 am on  Bidadari Park Road. A dash cam video of the argument was posted on the social media pages of SG Road Vigilante with the caption “camcar & cyclist on ebike without helmet stop by the road to discuss on road safety.”

The video shows the car behind the cyclist, with the driver honking his horn the closer he gets to the e-bike.

The driver and the cyclist then slow down to a stop, and the cyclist motions for the driver to get out of the car.

“Bro, bro, dangerous lah, bro,” the driver tells the cyclist.

The two men can then be seen confronting each other, complete with raised voices and hand gestures, for the remainder of the video.

“I call the police ah,” the driver tells the cyclist at one point.

However, according to AsiaOne, the police have not been informed of the incident.

Netizens, however, have been divided on who was in the wrong in this situation.

Some blamed the driver for picking a fight.

Others, however, pointed a finger at the cyclist.
