‘There’s still pure & selfless love in the world’ — Joanne Peh encourages everyone to watch SHERO

SINGAPORE: In an Instagram post, actress Joanne Peh shared snippets of her scenes with love interest Romeo Tan in the recently concluded drama of Mediacorp, SHERO.

She stated in her post caption: “One look says it all. When you watch SHERO, you will believe that there is still pure and selfless love in the world. Friends who haven’t watched it yet, go to meWATCH to see it.”

Netizens praised the drama series and expressed their thoughts in the comments section. 

Romeo Tan, Joanne’s co-star, commented: “Sister Bai’s cutting skills are not bad!” to which Joanne replied: “Is this what you want to PK with me? #letthehorsecome #ilovehorses” 

One IG user stated: “OMG you guys really, I’m crying to death. There’s even after sale 😢How does it feel like my sister is fighting Romeo video editing technology 🤣”

Aside from Joanne, other cast of SHERO posted their appreciation of the film and their co-actors in their respective IG accounts.

The drama series, Shero, is about a young woman who became a member of her missing sister’s bodyguard company in hopes of continuing her legacy. In this endeavour, the main female character discovers that her sister has many conflicts to save not just the company but, most importantly, her loved ones and herself.
