Korea — For fans who have been waiting in anticipation, they can now breathe a sigh of relief as K-pop artist and actor Park Yu Chun has released a global single album Da Capo on November 12 at 6 pm KST.
Park Yu Chun showcases different sides of himself as an artist and a producer, in charge of every part of the production from concept to the songwriting of all the tracks in this new album which is presented to fans globally.
Da Capo is made out of three tracks and listeners can enjoy the singer’s deeper and wider spectrum of music with a more mature voice and colourful sounds than before.
You… (Kiss your sky) is the title track which is a soft ballad characterised by Park Yu Chun’s standout mellow vocal and acoustic band sound, considered as “the most satisfying and high-quality song ever.”
The self-written lyrics describe his candid feeling toward fans, with the motif of a novel-based Japanese romance movie <Be with You>.
Sun goes down is the intro track that brings attention with its calm, moody melody made by the sound of nature and 14-member string orchestra. Finally, LILAC decorates the finale with an impressively rich and pleasantly rhythmic sound, giving listeners an immersive feeling as if they are in a huge concert hall.
The meaning behind the album title Da Capo is an Italian music term meaning “from the beginning”. It conveys Park Yu Chun’s message to start a new chapter of his life as a purely passionate artist showing good music to fans being there for him.
Park Yu Chun’s single album Da Capo is available to stream and download across all major music platforms.
