The 2017 Global Business Services Network () forum, which took place in KL this week, provided a platform for the business community and decision makers to gather and discuss global business trends and shifts in business technology that affect the Global Business Services / Shared Services industry.

The forum, themed “Tit For Tech – Handling Disruption: Responding to Changing Landscape With Sourcing Models”,  attracted regional business decision makers and the best minds in the industry.

The speakers debated on how disruptive technology, namely the move towards and automation, will impact the sourcing world, something that cannot be ignored and is clearly turning the traditional sourcing model on its head.
