SINGAPORE: When a little girl boarded a Singapore Airlines flight from Kuala Lumpur bound for home, the faces of the cabin crew broke out into big smiles as she was wearing a tiny replica of their iconic “Sarong Kebaya” uniform, with her hair up in a bun.

“My daughter got to live her dream!” wrote TikTok user Mohamad Yazid Bin Johar, who goes by @theyazidjohari on the platform. His July 21 video of daughter Zahra Luthfia Binte Mohamad Yazid has gone viral, getting over 426,000 views.

On a recent trip back to SG from KL. Such a warm welcome we got from @Singapore Airlines crew that day. I think they were just so happy I provided them with extra manpower maybe? Lol. #sia #sqcrew #singaporeairlines

Not only did little Zahra live her dream, but one flight crew member dressed in the same blue ensemble posed with her as well.

And as she boarded with her mum, dad and infant sibling, cheers from the staff greeted her, and a purser even asked Zahra, “Where are you going to work today?”

It also appeared that the crew directed her family to their seats but told her, “You’ve got to be here.”

The video has gotten hundreds of comments, including one from Singapore Airlines, who wrote, “Awww…. this is the cutest! We hope she joins us someday!”

Other commenters shared similar memories.

“Mom bought me the ‘Singapore Girl’ attire when I was 5-6yrs old altho’ I’m a Bruneian.. 😅😅” wrote one woman.

Many TikTok users commented on how cute and adorable little Zahra is.

Others were charmed by the delight the crew showed.
