Singapore — Just in case you’re not familiar (though unlikely) with local actress Fann Wong and her actor husband Christopher Lee, here’s a quick recap!

Wong is a homegrown actress, singer, and model. Wong is known as MediaCorp’s “Ah Jie” (elder sister in Mandarin) and a senior actress.

Zoe Tay and Xiang Yun are also “Ah Jies” and they are among the first locally trained artists. Wong is married to Singapore-based Malaysian actor, host and singer, Christopher Lee. He is managed under Catwalk Production House.

The couple tied the knot on May 16, 2009, after an eight-year courtship. Wong and Lee were co-stars in several TV series. Lee’s colleagues from showbiz attended the wedding ceremony which was held at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore such as Zheng Geping and Huang Biren. The couple has a son, Zed, who was born on August 9, 2014.

On Nov 19, 2021, Wong updated her Instagram account with a screenshot of COVID-19 negative test results, presumably of her seven-year-old son Zed, on Instagram and captioned it with:

“SHN the whole day today just to wait for this result 💙 Zed woke up with shivers and chills in the middle of last night w a fever. Took him to hospital , did an ART and PCR test, was quite surprised he did the PCR without a fuss, yacht trip cancelled, super bored at home the whole day waiting, so relief to know it’s negative now 💙

Otw home from hospital last night , my boy apologize to me twice for waking me up in the middle of the night….. he said , mom, I’m so sorry I woke u up in the middle of the night ❤️😥🥲

This was followed up by social media posts on the next day where Wong and Lee got booster shots. They both posted updates on their Instagram respectively. In her post, Wong looked terrified while getting jabbed. As for Lee, he gave a thumbs up after the jab and wrote in the caption in Chinese: “Hand in hand, happily, we go for our third shot.” He added on three laughing-crying emojis.
