SINGAPORE: The Singapore Sports Hub brings families and communities together during this year’s school break, offering a range of fun-filled activities and adventures suitable for all ages. 

The National Stadium Open House offers exciting events until Jun 22, making it the perfect place for everyone to have great memories together during the break by staying active and healthy. 

Here is the list of what you can do: 

Giant Inflatable Playground

Bounce your way to a memorable day as the Singapore National Stadium offers a giant inflatable playground from Jun 13 to 15 and Jun 20 to 22.

Children of all ages can enjoy and explore massive inflatables, including a 16-meter-long Bumboat Ballpit, which represents Singapore’s river heritage. 

Moreover, surrounding the main attraction are castles with safari animals, unicorns, and other magical creatures and designs that will surely spark everyone’s imagination.

Don’t forget to also bring socks, and they must be worn at all times. 

The playground is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Take note that admission is free, but you need to register here

Free use of the track for the family and picture-perfect moments

If your family wants to go out for a jog together or if you want to train for your next race, the iconic National Stadium track is open to the public until Jun 22. Make use of this opportunity to explore not just the place, but your capabilities as a runner as well. 

After your run, don’t miss the chance to take photos with the beautiful stadium architecture as your background. This is totally worth sharing with your family and friends. 

The stadium is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Jun 13 to 15 and Jun 20 to 22. It is also open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on other days.

Free Cycling Workshop

The Singapore Sports Hub also offers the opportunity to learn the basics of cycling at a free beginner workshop taking place on Jun 14 and 15.

Everyone aged 10 and above is eligible to join, and they will be taught by qualified coaches from the Singapore Cycling Federation about balance, control, and riding safety.

Free ice cream and drinks

You can also beat the heat with free ice cream and drinks on Jun 14 and 15, and Jun 21 and 22 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Singapore Sports Hub.

This is a great way to cool down and reward yourself after a productive jog or for your kids who have had their inflatable adventures.

Paddles with Pops: Celebrate Father’s Day on the Water!

Celebrate Father’s Day with a special kayak experience with Paddles with Pops at the Water Sports Center on Jun 15, 2025. 

Fathers and their kids can team up for an exciting Kayak Orientation Programme—a fun way to make memories on the water, perfect for bonding and enjoying the outdoors.

Explore Singapore’s Sporting Past and Celebrate Children’s Season

You can also celebrate the Children’s Season this June by knowing more about Singapore’s sporting history at the Singapore Sports Museum, starting Jun 14. 

Children can have a Season activity booklet and answer a fun museum question. They could collect stamps to enjoy their visit as well. 

Moreover, families can enjoy Shadow Play: Wayang Kulit Crafts from Jun 14 to Jul 6. This is a creative drop-in activity where children will have the chance to color and make their own shadow puppets while learning about traditional storytelling.

This experience is free for Singaporeans and PRs, and it is indeed a memorable way to maximize the school holidays.
