Christopher Lee wins best-supporting actor at the 57th Golden Bell Awards — shares celebratory photo of his family

Singaporean actor Christopher Lee wasn’t able to fulfil his plans of attending the 57th Golden Bell Awards last Oct 21-22, 2022 at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Taipei, Taiwan due to a recent foot injury. 

Despite his absence, the actor still managed to celebrate his win as Best Supporting Actor for the iQiyi’s drama, Danger Zone. It is a Chinese-language prison drama series where the police and the criminals work together to get justice. 

In his Instagram post, he shared how his family got all excited and happy about his achievement. *translated* “Tonight was truly a night full of miracles, what a surprise!” said the actor.

As of the moment, this is the third Golden Bell Awards trophy of the 51-year-old actor. The Golden Bell Awards is an annual Taiwanese television and radio production awards ceremony.
