Zouk DJ fired following fake Marshmellow callout at ULTRA after party

On 10 Sep 2016 a guest dressed up in a mascot outfit similar to DJ Marshmello’s that visited Zouk. Zouk’s very own resident DJ Jade Rasif, thought that the club at knowing invited an imposter to the ULTRA after party and spoke up against it saying: “You cheated your audience, all the people who uploaded pictures with him thinking he was real. All the people who came to support you guys, you lied to. Integrity guys. integrity.”

But Zouk later clarified that the ‘imposter’ was not hired by Zouk Singapore as a mascot or to DJ and apologised for any confusion caused. But now, the resident DJ has lost her job.

Writing in her Facebook Jade announced the sacking.

The resident DJ did say that she was putting her job on the line when she alleged that the club had hired an imposter.

She posted this tweet which was retweeted by the real DJ marshmallow saying: ”Super walked that you guys hired an impostor to perform as marshmallow . Respect to DJ Jade Rasif.
