1991-2004: Mah Bow Tan (PAP MP & Minister)
2004-2009: Ho Peng Kee (PAP MP & Minister)
2009-Present: Zainuddin Nordin (PAP MP & Mayor)
Plain as day that we have been appointing the wrong people to the FAS.
