Facebook removed local socio-political posts which seems to have not violated its Community Standards

Several Facebook users have gone online to say that Facebook moderators have deleted their post for violating the social media giant’s community standards. The posts deleted by the moderators were socio-political in nature.
Prominent blogger Andrew Loh whose Facebook post was removed said:
“In all my years on Facebook, I don’t recall any of my posts ever being removed by Facebook. Hmm… so it is strange that Facebook now informs me it has removed my post about Jason Chua and the Straits Times publishing the results of its illegal by-election poll on Punggol East.”
Mr Loh said that he plans to write to Facebook to ask why his content was removed.

CPF Blogger Roy Ngerng said that Facebook moderators removed his recent post for the same reasons. His post was critical of an Admin of a Facebook group comprising of fanatical PAP fans.

Another Facebook user Guo Xiongwei, said that he too faced the same problem with Facebook moderators.
Facebook user Gabriel Ee commenting on the topic in Mr Loh’s Facebook said: “I thought it is common knowledge that Facebook is a stupid organisation that doesn’t remove posts by terrorists. But they are damn good at removing posts critical of the PAP in Singapore. That’s why people turn to blogs or online forums to air their views about Singapore instead. Surprisingly, they don’t remove posts about the U.S. presidential election candidates even if it’s critical of Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump.”
Another Facebook user, Roy Phang, tagged the founder of Facebook in his comment and said: “If it’s true, then I’d say FB got it all backwards: there’s a whole ton of trolls posting porn and hate messages all over FB, even EVEN AFTER THEY ARE REPORTED, these don’t get removed. And here we are… very interesting indeed. Hey Mark Zuckerberg, you reading this?”
Jason Lee, yet another Facebook user said: “I have already said many times that Facebook is pro-govt. Facebook does not really respect freedom of speech.”
Commenting about their Community Standards, Facebook said in a post (link: https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards) that they remove content, disable accounts, and work with law enforcement when they believe there is a genuine risk of physical harm or direct threats to public safety.
Facebook moderators generally remove content when the post is about direct threats, self-injury, dangerous organizations, bullying and harassment, attacks on public figures, criminal activity, sexual violence and exploitation and regulated goods.
The affected Facebook users content doesn’t seem to have violated Facebook’s stated Community Standards.
