Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes call it quits after six years

Based on a report by Page Six, the six-year relationship between Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx has ended.

Photos emerged showing the Oscar winner partying in Los Angeles on Friday night with much-younger sister Sela Vave and that led to news outlets speculating that Foxx, 51 was cheating on Holmes, 40.

A source at La Esquina overheard the actress – who was having dinner with girlfriends at the Kenmore Street restaurant – tell a friend, “What Jamie does is his business – we haven’t been together for months.”

When Page Six called another Holmes insider to check it out, they confirmed that the couple split in late May, a few weeks after their much-heraled first red-carpet appearance at the Met Gala.

Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have been together since 2013, about a year after Holmes divorced Tom Cruise.

The couple were highly secretive about their early tryst, meeting up late at night at hotels and sneaking out back entrances to avoid tattletales.

After that, the relationship became Hollywood’s worst-kept secret for many years.

They finally appeared together in public for the first time at Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammys Gala in New York in 2018, and they walked a red carpet together for the first time at the Met Ball this May.

In September 2006, Holmes and Foxx crossed paths at a Monday Night Football game, a few months after Holmes gave birth to the Cruise’s daughter Suri and ahead of their big, Italian wedding.

In June 2012, five and a half years after tying the knot and over seven years after Tom Cruise infamously jumped on the couch of talk show host Oprah Winfrey, Holmes filed for divorce.

As for Foxx, he has always been secretive about his relationships.

He has been linked to Meagan Gooda and Fantasia Barrino but his last real romance was thought to be sometime in 2008-09, because his daughter Annalise was born in August 2009.
