Xiaxue goes to London courtesy of Kim Lim for luxury shopping and expensive dinner

London — It’s no secret that Singaporean influencer Xiaxue is friends with Kim Lim, daughter of billionaire Peter Lim. You can sure tell from that, Xiaxue has friends in high places. And the best thing about it is, Lim is extremely generous when it comes to her friends.

Recently, the socialite and entrepreneur paid for a trip for Xiaxue to go to London. It is believed that some of their friends joined them as well. Lim flew to London with a private jet while Xiaxue and the others took Singapore Airlines.

In a now-expired Instagram Story, Xiaxue wrote about how the Wi-Fi on the plane was laggy, affecting her gaming experience. Upon arriving in London, Xiaxue, Lim and the rest of the friends have been spending their time shopping and eating.

Xiaxue (real name: Wendy Cheng Yan Yan) took photos of them shopping at luxury fashion house Dior. They also spent a small fortune dining at an upscale eatery.

Xiaxue was in the headlines recently when she got entangled with the Night Owl Cinematics (NOC) saga which involved Sylvia Chan, the co-founder. Chan was alleged to have mistreated and verbally abused her employees.

In an exclusive, almost two-hour-long interview, Xiaxue spoke to Chan about the allegations, making it become a trending video for a few weeks. Xiaxue also exposed the identity of Instagram page Sgcickenrice who was the one responsible for the exposé.

Lim, 30, who recently got engaged, showed her thanks to 1,500 frontline healthcare workers by giving them meals twice a day. The socialite’s philanthropy organisation KELHealth Group has made arrangements with Singapore Airlines to provide flight tickets for healthcare workers to go home to their families. Lim is the founder of two aesthetic clinics, and she got proposed to at the start of October. /TISG
