SINGAPORE: Top property marketplace PropertyGuru launched on Oct 23 (Monday) “The Grand Property Quest”, where home seekers have the chance to win a grand prize of S$50,000. This is meant to make the journey to find a home a truly rewarding experience.

“This is part of the brand’s commitment to guide new or experienced property seekers on the essential considerations before purchasing a property, fulfilling the brand’s promise that ‘We’ll see you home’,” says PropertyGuru. The challenge takes place from Oct 23 to Dec 31 of this year. Home seekers must first create a quest account at this link and choose from one or two Quests. This makes them eligible to win several prizes that total over S$70,000.

These include one grand, second, and third prizes, consisting of S$50,000, S$10,888, and S$8,888 in cash, respectively. The winners of these prizes will be chosen at random. There will also be 10 bonus prizes of S$500 for the first ten property buyers to complete The Grand Property Quest.

Participants must visit all of the sites of the featured properties by Dec 31, 2023. Then, they must submit proof of purchase for at least one property based on their chosen Quest by Jan 15, 2024. The winners of the challenge will be announced on Apr 8, 2024.

The participating private condominium projects are as follows: 19 Nassim, Grand Dunman, Klimt Cairnhill,Orchard Sophia, Parksuites, Pinetree Hill, and Terra Hill. Viewing these properties “will grant property seekers more perspectives, enabling them to make well-informed property decisions in their quest for a dream home”, the company says.

QUEST 1 properties are 19 Nassim at 19 Nassim Hill, Klimt Cairnhill at 20 Leonie Hill S, and Parksuites at 22 Holland Grove Road.

QUEST 2 properties are Grand Dunman at 1040 Eunos Ave 4, Orchard Sophia at 128 Kallang Pl, Pinetree Hill at 30 Pine Grove, and Terra Hill at 50 South Buona Vista Road.
