A Valentine’s Day party and photoshoot for the adult site OnlyFans turned tragic when a toddler drowned while his parents and other guests were busy. Wiyada Pontawee, 26, and her husband, photographer Pongrit Hancharoenpanna, were at an OnlyFans party at a private villa in Pattaya, Thailand, with their two sons, Chawanakon Hancharoenpanna, two, and his younger brother, when the tragedy occurred on Monday (Feb 14)

OnlyFans is a platform designed for content creators to post risqué pictures and videos for paid subscribers.

News reports say that sometime before 10 pm that day, Mr Pongrit heard Chawanakon struggling in the pool and jumped in to help the toddler.

Emergency services were called and  the medics did CPR on the little boy before taking him to the hospital. He was declared dead later that evening.

Wiyada Pontawee, identified in reports as an adult model, was with other adult models  at the party, which doubled as a photoshoot, when the tragedy happened.

Photos from earlier in the day show guests eating and drinking inside the villa. Ms Pontawee was seen posing in scanty clothing in several photos. Other shots show Chawanakon, his brother, and another child playing at the pool.

Chawanakon, also known as Veo, would have turned three years old on Feb 16 (Wednesday).

The model, who uses the name “Soda” on the OnlyFans site, was quoted after the tragedy: “I’m heartbroken. I don’t want to live anymore. I am praying to bring my son back to life.”

Her husband told police that he and his wife were working at the time of the incident. “I was working when it happened. Then I heard the sound from the water and saw my boy in the pool. He was choking, so I jumped in to help him but it was too late,” said Mr Pongrit.

On Feb 17, the bereaved mother posted a photo from what she called “the boy’s last birthday”.
