A 5-room HDB resale flat at Sembawang was sold for an all-time high of S$745,000 this month.

The flat is expected to complete its Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) this year, which means that its owners may sell the flat on the resale market, rent it out completely, or buy a private property.

Woman & toddler suffer multiple cuts after glass door in Serangoon condo toilet collapses & shatters into pieces

The glass door in the toilet of a condominium in Serangoon shattered to pieces, leaving an elderly woman and her two-year-old granddaughter wounded.

The woman, 65-year-old Wang Fang (name transliterated from Chinese), was bathing the child when the incident happened. The mother of the child, 35-year-old Li Yue, told Chinese newspaper Shin Min Daily News that they had only been living in the unit at The Garden Residences in Serangoon.

‘Uncomfortable & humiliated’ — 14yo son spits on food in the fridge so that the maid can’t eat it, accuses her of stealing

A foreign domestic worker wrote in a Facebook post that she felt “uncomfortable and humiliated” by the way her employer’s 14-year-old son treated her for over two years.

In an anonymous Facebook post to FDW in Singapore (working conditions forum), the helper wrote that she worked for 6 years with her current family and everything was okay except for the way that the teenager treated her.

K Shanmugam is not only participating in the Chong Pang Fitness Fiesta 2022 on Nov 27, but he said in a video posted on his Facebook page that he’ll try to lift weights that are heavier than before.
