Tan Chuan-Jin took to social media calling for Singaporeans to stand up for their own country after Mahathir Mohamad said on Tuesday (Jun 21) that Malaysia should claim Singapore and Riau Islands.

Former two-time Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad commented that Singapore was once owned by Johor, and it should be returned to the state and Malaysia.

Singapore confirms imported case of monkeypox virus after flight attendant develops fever and rashes, first in Southeast Asia

On Tuesday (Jun 21), the Ministry of Health (MOH) confirmed an imported case of monkeypox infection in Singapore. Monkeypox is a viral disease that is caused by infection with the monkeypox virus.

This is the first reported case in Southeast Asia this year. The patient is a 42-year-old British national. The man works as a flight attendant who was in Singapore between Jun 15 and Jun 17, and again on Jun 19. The man had a headache on Jun 14 and a fever on Jun 16. These symptoms subsequently resolved, and he then developed skin rashes on Jun 19. He then tested positive for monkeypox on Jun 20.

Husband has an affair, wife then screams, throws things, slaps him, but later posts on social media how wonderful her husband is

In a case of actions that do not match the situation at all, one wife who found out that her husband was cheating on her, still pretended to be completely fine with it on social media.

In an anonymous post to popular confessions page SGWhispers, a friend of the wife took to social media to post about how they were confused by the wife’s “half-actions”.

What could a person do when they’re stuck in traffic for hours? One Singaporean TikToker decided to get creative in the three-hour-long jam at Second Link on Sunday afternoon (June 19), including directing traffic, making videos, and eating putu mayam on the bonnet of his car.

In a video now seen by over 155,000 viewers, TikToker @v.raj___ wrote, “Things we do while being stuck at Tuas checkpoint.”
