Singapore — When two men showed up at her house, to collect a debt, a woman turned her garden hose on them.

“Wah now debtors owe money dun pay n come out with many patterns… but this’ll teach us to be even tougher n wiser tq,”  wrote their supposed company Ag Adler Oper in a video posted on social media.

China’s Communist Party throws shade at Wang Leehom over divorce scandal

Singapore — The scandal of Mandopop star Wang Leehom’s acrimonious split from his wife Lee Jinglei that exploded last weekend has everyone and his neighbour talking, and now,  even the Communist Party of China.

“The recent case of the collapse of a celebrity’s image has once again proven that the words and actions of public figures receive a lot of attention and their actions make an impact on society,” wrote the CCDI.

Man lifts sleeping ex-girlfriend’s eyelids for eye scan to unlock cellphone, steals S$33,000

A man, 28, named Huang by the Chinese media, cooked a meal for his ex-girlfriend and spiked the food with cough medicine to get her drowsy. When she was fast asleep, he manipulated her hand to get a fingerprint, so he could unlock her Huawei cellphone.

He then lifted her eyelids to get an eye scan, so that he could access her account on Alipay, a third-party mobile online payment platform widely used in China. It uses facial recognition software to unlock the account of her digital wallet. Then the crook changed her password.
