Kim Lim officially single and tells her ex-husband ‘I am finally done with all the nonsense I had to deal with because of you’

SINGAPORE — Kim Lim’s husband now turned ex! Kim Lim is finally officially single after eight months of a traumatic legal battle with her entrepreneur ex-husband, Leslie Leow. Through her Instagram story, she shared the official news with her followers, stating her experience and realizations all throughout the separation process.

“The past 8 months have been super traumatic for me but I am happy that I am finally done with all the nonsense I had to deal with because of you. I am super duper glad to be able to put all these behind me & move on with my life,” the billionaire heiress said.

The Kim Lim – Leslie Leow wedding and two-month marriage

Kim and Leslie had been married earlier last year in a fairytale-style wedding ceremony. Unfortunately, their marriage only went on for two months. In an interview with Icon Singapore last December, Kim revealed that Leslie became a completely different person after they had tied the knot.

“Although I am disappointed with how everything turned out, I am also thankful for having learnt a valuable lesson,” Kim added. To visualise the information, she added a bride emoji and topped it with a bright red “X” mark.

Kim Lim’s separation from husband Leslie Leow

In an interview with 8days.sg, a source close to Kim Lim revealed that the ex-couple signed the deed of separation papers on Feb. 7.

Kim’s ex-husband had a list of things he wanted to get from Kim after their official break-up – including a pair of $120 Crocs and $1,200 Sonos speakers – but was not held up in court.

Leslie also owes Kim a large amount of money – close to half a million – which he borrowed from her to pay for their wedding. The source stated that Leslie did not pay her back, even when he said he would.
