BTS Jimin sets new record on Instagram

South Korean K-Pop star BTS Jimin set a new record on Instagram when his hashtag became the most used hashtag on Instagram.

He has a few related hashtags for him, however his #jimin hashtag alone recorded usage of over 40.7 million.

This makes BTS Jimin the highest number of hashtags used by people on Instagram.

His other hashtags #parkjimin recorded 21.4 million usage, #btsjimin recorded 4.4 million usage and #jiminbts recorded a usage of 1.6 million.

BTS Jimin is also officially nominated in “The 100 Most Handsome Faces of 2019” by Tccandler on Instagram.

Fans are encouraged to leave nice comments to show support for BTS Jimin on their Instagram.

Recently the South Korean K-Pop group BTS announced that they are taking an “extended break” from the music scene.

The group is made up of seven members including Jimin, J-Hope, Jungkook, Jin, V, Suga and RM.

They have multiple albums, best-selling singles and feature films in their repertoire, built up over the last decade.

BTS stands for Bulletproof Boy Scouts and in September 2010 the band collaborated on songs with artists such as rapper J-Lim, 2am and Lee Seung Gi.

On July 2011, BTS created their Twitter account which to date has 21.3 million followers.

The band introduced themselves to the world on Twitter in December 2012.

Officially, BTS debuted their single album 2 Cool 4 Skool in June 2013.

It features their first single No More Dream.

Following that, they released an EP titled O!RUL8,2? consisting of 10 tracks.

That same year, BTS won their first major award as Best New Artist at South Korea’s Melon Music Awards.

Throughout 2013 and 2014, they continued to won many other similar awards.

In 2014, BTS released their second EP Skool Luv that peaked at number three on the World Album chart.
