While we fully think Billie Eilish is worth a stan or two (or more), no matter how big of a fangirl or fanboy one is, S$15,000 for the air that the pop superstar supposedly breathed is a bit too much, don’t you think?

One fan, however, who attended Eilish’s August 21 concert, is making an attempt to earn some good money on Carousell.

A seller who goes by sabby bby @rev1on the e-commerce platform, and who actually has decent reviews on Carousell, put up “Billie Eilish’s air” for sale on Tuesday (Aug 22), especially for those who had missed the one-night event.

They wrote,

“Yesterday

I stood at the very front and managed to get her air in the plastic when she scream her lungs out during the concert! For those who missed the concert u can buy this!! Very rare air!!”

@rev1on added that the air “will be kept in air tight container upon dealing to prevent leaking.”

The photos the seller provided were of an ordinary plastic bag tied with orange string and then placed into a clear plastic bin with a red cover.

@rev1on added a photo of the singer, presumably taken during the concert, for good measure.

Anyone interested in buying this “Very rare air!!” should arrange for a meet-up at Tampines MRT Station (EW2/DT32).

Is the seller serious? We don’t know.

After all, last year, someone did try to sell a McDonald’s chicken nugget that supposedly looks like South Korean singer Jungkook from BTS for $50 on the platform.

Eilish’s Singapore leg of the “Happier Than Ever” world tour was attended by 30,000 happy fans.

It was the first concert held at the National Stadium since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic struck, although attendees needed to show proof of vaccination.

The singer was last in Singapore in 2018, when she performed at the St Jerome’s Laneway Festival at Gardens by the Bay. At that time, she was only 16.
