At MOM and MTI, he,
* Promoted SMEs
* Developed their capabilities (didn’t say how)
* Set up SME Centres
* Led the Lean Enterprise Development efforts

At MCYS, he,
* Promoted youth participation in community engagement, corporate social responsibility and sports
* Launched the Singapore National Games
* Contributed to YOG

At MOT, he,
* Initiated cycling plan
* Installed lifts for overhead-bridges
* Installed wheelchair access for public buses

As Mayor, he worked with other Mayors to,
* Distribute milk powder to needy families
* Work on Community Employment Programme.

It has also been estimated that Teo made at least $14 million in total as a PAP politician for 11 years:
* Parliamentary Secretary (about 2 years) – $418K x 2 = $836K
* Senior Parliamentary Secretary (about 3 years) – $572K x 3 = $1.7M
* Mayor of North East CDC (about 8 years) – $660K x 8 = $5.3M
* Minister of State (about 6 years) – $770K x 6 = $4.6M
* MP (11 years) – $192K x 11 = $2.1M
TOTAL = $14.5M

Note that we have used the lower revised ministerial salaries set in 2012 for the calculations. They were much higher prior to 2011 GE when angry voters hit out at the PAP govt for over-paying themselves.

So, given what PM said Teo had done in the past 11 years, do you think he is worth the salt of $14.5 million?
