Auxiliary police take down of man at Changi Airport draws loud cheer from netizens

Facebook user Ivy Tan yesterday shared two videos of the auxiliary police force in Changi Airport trying to subdue a man who was resisting arrest. The man who appears to be Caucasian, was carrying a haversack bag and can be seen putting up his hands. The police took him down in a show of force after one officer pulled his legs. Another can be seen batoning him after he went down.

The videos has gone viral since it was shared on 20 April with over 3,000 reshares. Most netizens supported the auxiliary police’s action against the man.
