“Places in Singapore that need toilet makeover” — Singaporean lists toilets without bidets in Singapore

SINGAPORE: A content creator has listed several places in Singapore that need a toilet makeover. From the Marina Bay Sands to the MRT stations in Singapore, @kdarshen did not hold back. “Places in Singapore that need a toilet makeover.” This is the title of another video by TikTok creator @kdarshen that has gone viral online.

To start things off, the creator began with Marina Bay Sands. “Last I heard, Marina Bay Sands tower 3 still (doesn’t have a) bidet. Do you know what MBS stands for? My Bidet Sia. Where??? As part of Singapore’s iconic skyline, I believe that MBS should definitely have a bidet.”

@kdarshen continued to explain why putting bidets in that location is important. “Can you imagine? All the tourists come to Singapore and want to stay at Marina Bay Sands then they (get) culture shock. Because it’s got no bidet. Then they’re going to wonder, ‘Oh no. My a$$ is going to have an abrasion now.'”

Next on the content creator’s list was the MRT stations in Singapore. “There’s not one toilet in an MRT station that has a bidet. If Changi Airport can have bidets, I believe our MRT stations also should have bidets because people take the trains more than the planes.’

Last but not least on @kdarshen’s list were shopping malls in Singapore. “Most shopping malls in Singapore don’t have bidets,” said @kdarshen. “We’ve got a shopping mall that has a river in the mall. But the shopping mall has no bidet. Shocking. What’s the point of having a river in the mall…but when you want to pangsai, you cannot pangsai in peace?”

Many took to the video’s comments section to share their own experiences, while a few compared to other countries.

The video has garnered over 153,000 views on TikTok.
