SKA1713J drives dangerously again – purposely knocks down biker and runs

Facebook user Zufar Khan Ismail Khan shared a video of a car purposely hitting a motorcyclist and running away after the biker fell.

Zufar in appealing for witnesses to the horrendous act identified the vehicle number as SKA1713J. He appealed for the authorities to do something about the hit-and-run case.
The car has previously been flagged for dangerous driving in April 2015.
