A 35-year-old woman who had never been in a relationship before took to social media asking how she could find one.

In a post to confessions page SGWhispers on Monday (Jul 18), the woman wrote that most of her peers were either married or having children, whereas she was still struggling to find her first boyfriend.

“I am that type that don[‘]t mind making the first move or pay for the guy’s expenses as long as it make[s] him happy”, she wrote. She added that she had been “chasing after love” since school days but was not able to succeed even once. When she asked guys who had rejected her their reason for doing so, she was told that she was nice and friendly, and as such, they did not want more than friendship.

“A guy even said i am too big sized for him (i am 167cm 60kg anyway)”, she wrote. She wondered if she would be forever alone.
