According to TikToker N00tison, these disgusting words were uttered by a man who cat-called and harassed her from a car as she was walking near Yio Chu Kang. Her 2-minute video about the incident, and her intentions to not let the matter rest, has been viewed more than 100,000 times within a day.

As soon as she processed the sheer depravity of what she was subjected to, she confronted the man. The man then wound up his window and attempted to flee, but a red light prevented him from doing so.

When Notto asked the man “What the fuck did you just say?” , the man panicked, wound down his window, and said:

As soon as the light turned green, the man sped off. However, before he sped off, Notto was able to get pictures of his face, and his car.
