He wrote that upon receiving the measly chicken pieces, he requested for it to be changed to bigger pieces.

“Paid $7.95 for this 2pcs meal at KFC Hillion Mall.
Told the staff, namely Kelvin T to change my drumstick to a bigger one” he wrote.

However, Mah’s request was rejected by the staff on duty as it was allegedly KFC’s policy to only give out one large piece of chicken and one small piece.

The photo that Mah shared on Facebook was of two pieces of chicken, one of which was a very small-looking chicken drumstick.

Mah wrote that the staff “rejected (his request) saying can only change “1 big 1 small””.

Mah also griped that they had forgotten to give him a spoon for his mashed potatoes as well.

He posted his complaint onto KFC’s Facebook page, but as of yet, there does not seem to be a reply.

His post triggered many netizens, and it garnered almost 500 reactions and 250 comments within two hours. /TISG
